The origins of BRIJIM Olive Consulting

BRIJIM was born from the union of experience, innovation and commitment to quality, as a family project that connects generations and future vision.

Family

A project that unites experience and future

BRIJIM OLIVE CONSULTING was born from the conviction that the future of the olive sector is built on the union of experience, innovation and commitment to quality.

After more than four decades devoted to the study, training and improvement of extra virgin olive oil, Brígida Jiménez Herrera begins a new stage with the desire to continue contributing to the development of a sector that has been part of her personal and professional life.

However, BRIJIM is much more than the continuation of a career. It is a family project that unites generations, combining decades of accumulated experience with a renewed vision ready to face new sector challenges and opportunities.

We believe that behind every oil there are people, territories, stories and values that deserve recognition. That is why we work to contribute to the value creation of extra virgin olive oil and to strengthen those who devote their effort to producing, transforming and bringing it closer to society.

BRIJIM represents the union between experience and future; a space where lifelong knowledge keeps growing to support the olive sector through the challenges and opportunities of the coming years.

Profile

Brígida Jiménez Herrera

After more than 38 years devoted to research, innovation, knowledge transfer and training in the olive grove and extra virgin olive oil sector, Brígida Jiménez Herrera has had the privilege of working alongside farmers, technicians, mills, companies and professionals who have contributed to the development of one of the most important sectors of our land.

At the close of this professional stage, she felt that all the knowledge, experience and values gathered over so many years should not remain with her alone. BRIJIM was created precisely to carry that legacy forward, bringing her children into a shared project where they can receive that experience, enrich it with their own vision and act as a bridge to new generations.

Her purpose is to continue contributing to a more professional, competitive and sustainable sector, helping improve the productivity, quality and profitability of olive growing while also dignifying the work of those who depend on it.

She deeply believes in the future of the olive grove and olive oil. She believes in a sector capable of generating wealth and opportunities so people can build their life projects with freedom, stability and wellbeing.
